SIZE GUIDE:

We only use quality 100% cotton shirts from Fruit of the Loom & Jerzees.
Fruit of the Loom shirts are made in Morocco, and that's got to be better than some sweat shop in the far east,
so that's another reason for us choosing this quality shirt. Jerzees are made in the USA.
Fine knit gauge for enhanced printability and Belcoro™ yarn for a softer feel. One-piece cotton/Lycra® neck for improved shape retention.
Shoulder to shoulder taping. Twin needle stitching detail on neck, sleeves and hem. Fabric 100% Cotton, Belcoro™ Yarn.
Weight: White 190 gsm, Black 205 gsm. These are the shirts we wear ourselves as we don't like man-made fibres.
They need to be washed at a low temperature & not tumble-dried, but otherwise are hardy and should last a long time.

Mansize
Measure your chest (or widest part), then choose whether you want your shirt tight or baggy.
If you like your shirt to be baggy, order at least two inches up from what your actual chest size is, (if you're average sized).

Girl's sizes (short sleeve T only)
Sizes are universal: 10, 12, & 14.
Feminine fit with shaped side seams and shorter body length. Fine knit gauge for high resolution printing and Belcoro™ yarn for a softer feel.
Cotton/Lycra® rib crew neck with taped neckline for comfort. Twin-needle stitching detail on sleeves and hem.
Fabric 100% Cotton, Belcoro™ Yarn. Weight: White 160 gsm, Black 165 gsm


Prints:
The prints on the white shirts sink into the fabric and are completely breathable.
The black shirts need the coloured ink to be printed on white (otherwise it wouldn't show up!)

The prints on the black shirts are of a fine quality. As you can see in the pictures of the 'Grid' design,
the black between the boxes, is the black of the shirt itself. This means the prints are breathable & stretchable.
This is my own shirt that's been washed many many times, and is looking good.  No wear in the design as yet.


Obviously, when the design calls for a great big fat tyre which is mainly made of white,
then that's not going to be breathable, though it still stretches fine.
The fine detail like the pattern on his helmet & leathers is black ink on top of the white.
